Description of problem:

this is related to 
  Add support for recursively deleting subentries #4970 
  https://github.com/389ds/389-ds-base/issues/4970

a customer has been trying to delete an entry but it has some conflict entries ( err 66 and "replication conflicts as children" )

concern is about a recent migration from ODSEE:
"In the previous DSEE environment they could delete an entry with these replication issues"

probably RHDS-11.7 on RHEL-8.8 ( no sosreports but mention of 1.4.3.34 )
