Describe the issue: In the `2.1. General availability of regional disaster recovery` content under Release Notes for 4.14 the document notes that "Regional-DR is supported only with OpenShift Data Foundation 4.14 and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes 2.9 combinations." However it does not clarify that certain Platforms are unsupported as they are not supported for Submariner on RHACM 2.9. As per the RHACM Support Matrix for 2.9 (https://access.redhat.com/articles/7027073) Submariner is supported for AWS, GCP, Azure, Openstack and VMware platforms for RHOCP as well as ARO and ROSA. However RHOCP on Bare Metal and RHV is still in Technical Preview as stated by that document. This is leading to confusion for our customers who read the ODF document and think their configuration with Bare Metal or RHV is supported. Describe the task you were trying to accomplish: Customer was looking to utilize Regional-DR on Bare Metal and came away from the document believing it was a supported combination. Suggestions for improvement: Note in the ODF document that certain platforms are in Technical Preview due to the reliance on Submariner within RHACM.
