I don’t know why release-monitoring apparently never opened a new issue, but 29.0.0 is now the current stable ersion

Thank you for reopening.

It looks like there is a new dependency on oauthlib that RHEL <= 9 cannot satisfy. 

Unless this can be relaxed I won't be able to update any of the EPEL versions to this release.
