I see you have epel8/9 branches for simdjson. It should now be able to build for epel9, see: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=110657826 and once we get some releng issues sorted I'll have cxxopts in EPEL8 as well. I'm happy to help maintain it as well (FAS: orion)
Please build simdjson in epel8 and epel9. If you do not wish to maintain simdjson in epel, or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner, the EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package; please add the epel-packagers-sig group through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/simdjson/addgroup and grant it commit access, or collaborator access on epel* branches.
