assimp 5.3.1 is available while the latest version in rawhide is 5.2.5.

It seems you haven't enabled upstream release monitoring at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/assimp . Please do.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle.
Changing version to 40.
