Description of problem:
Currently if a ovn-migration backup is created, ReaR will be configured with the same values as done in the CI (where the INPUT_TIMEOUT=5 instead of the default which is 300). This bugzilla is to remove this values

All the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run ovn-migration backup
2. Run ReaR recovery
3.

Actual results:
Run an ovn-migration backup. On the recover menu only 5 seconds will be given to add an input before doing the default action.


Expected results:
Have the default time which is 300 seconds
