TripleO does create invalid configuration for sensubility. IPv6 address needs to be in brackets. Eg. the address needs to be in format "amqp://[fe80:666::127]:5666" in /var/lib/config-data/puppet-generated/collectd/etc/collectd-sensubility.conf
