qcad-3.28.2.0-1.fc38.x86_64 installs several broken symlinks for font files:

It appears that at least the DejaVu files are now included in the dejavu-sans-fonts and dejavu-sans-mono-fonts packages and thus in the /usr/share/fonts/dejavu-sans-fonts and /usr/share/fonts/dejavu-sans-mono-fonts directories.

If qcad requires those font files to work, the package should probably require the fonts packages as well.
