Before this update, the FFU procedure sometimes used the incorrect Red Hat Ceph Storage image when the documented upgrade procedure was not followed by the user. + With this update, the FFU procedure always uses the correct Red Hat Ceph Storage image. The `multi-rhel-container-image-prepare.py` script has been updated to use the correct defaults and version validation checks have been added to the FFU process.

When multi-rhel-container-image-prepare.py is run as described in chapter 4.1 [1] step 8iii the resulting containers-prepare-parameter.yaml file should have the correct ceph_image.

The documentation has been updated so that chapter 4.1 [1] step 8iii builds a containers-prepare-parameter.yaml with the correct ceph_image
