.The `perf dump` command works as expected
Previously, the diagnostic counters that show the journal replay progress were not updated in the `up:replay` state. As a result, the `perf dump` command could not be used to evaluate progress.
With this fix, the counters are updated during replay and the `perf dump` command works as expected.
