Description of problem:
Package python-extras fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.0.0-29.fc39

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f40 python-extras-1.0.0-29.fc39.src.rpm

Actual Results:

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle.
Changing version to 40.
