This appears to have been a test requirement at some point but the package builds successfully without it and I can't see any trace of "Vars" in the source.

The perl-Test-Vars package is FTBFS with Perl 5.38 and I intend to retire it soon since there has been no activity on this upstream for many months and I can't fix it myself.

Please consider dropping perl-Test-Vars as a build dependency of libgadu.

libgadu is now the last remaining dependent of perl-Test-Vars in Fedora Rawhide.

If you are too busy to look at this right now I would be happy to do a rebuild with the dropped build requirement.
