Please fix openblas at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
openblas will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 41,
openblas will be retired, if it still fails to build.

A non-failfast build like https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=112737862 shows it's only ppc64le that has issues. I will bring them upstream.

@dhorak Thanks for driving this upstream, I've taken the upstream commits and adjusted them a bit to apply. A PR prepared: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/openblas/pull-request/12#
