Is this still happening on any of F39+ releases?
In my testing, I've only installed and experienced this on F39. I fresh installed F39 from the ISO image. I don't know if it matters, but I have been struggling with compatibility between X11 and Wayland with nvidia-akmod drivers and it likes to flip back and forth between the two on reboot. I'm not sure if this has much to do with the issue or not, but I do see the error on login after a reboot.
Maybe try reporting your issue against "xorg-x11-server-Xwayland" component. For now, I am closing this bug as ibus-typing-booster working fine for me here. If you find any more crashed, do report a new bug against ibus-typing-booster with information on how to reproduce that bug.
