Dhcp is not affected by this flaw. When looking at the upstream fix https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/commit/cddf3b267b4865c6fc9c65a3de06aacfda096db9 the fixed code inside query_lookup_stale() and the functions itself is not present in the bundled bind libs nor any simlar code sequence in case this got refactored at some point.
