Description of problem: USE_SSL is enabled during compile but not during install so the resulting RPM doesn't include libhiredis_ssl.so or hiredis_ssl.h Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): hiredis-1.0.2-1 I've attached a patch for epel9, though it looks like the same issue is in the Fedora RPMs too
