openQA testing ran into a crash in gnome-text-editor that is ultimately caused by gtk4. This is fixed upstream already, however the fix is not in Fedora 40. This bug exists to be proposed as a freeze exception so we can get the fix into Fedora 40 Beta.

The crash happens when openQA simply tries to save a file by hitting ctrl-S, so it seems pretty bad.
