This is fixed f41(rawhide) by rebasing to latest pgjdbc version. This is fixed also for f40, but not yet pushed to stable, see bodhi: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-ed884c3203. Other Fedoras can be fixed on demand. Feel free to reopen this BZ if it is important to you to have this fixed there.
