Description of problem:
To officially support certify dpdk for BCM957504-P425G with RH OSP platform and add it to the following page:
https://access.redhat.com/articles/3538141

The card comes as a default option with the latest Dell Rack servers. We have a customer who would like to utilize this adapter for the management bonded dpdk port.

We have validated the card works with dpdk in their environment. It's just not certified today.
