.Warning for QAT switching to software compression or encryption
Previously, if QAT hardware acceleration was unable to function (usually due to misconfiguration), there was no indication that software fallback was activated. As a result, users were not aware of the misconfiguration issue, leading to sub-optimal performance without knowing corrective action was needed.
With this fix, the RGW log now provides error messages indicating the issue, such as: QAT [de]compressor NOT OK - Using SW: No QAT HW detected or QAT [de]compressor NOT OK - session state=...
