Tools are currently unmaintained upstream [1]. The upgrade to 0.10.x was necessary for other components relying on the podofo library, the loss of the tools is an unfortunate tradeoff. I've added the tools to the podofo0.9 compat package for now, but they will be based on the legacy podofo-0.9 libs. [1] https://github.com/podofo/podofo?tab=readme-ov-file#podofo-tools
FEDORA-2024-7d511162ee has been pushed to the Fedora 39 testing repository.
