Description Dr. David Alan Gilbert 2024-02-29 17:05:43 UTC
Looking back at 0.9.8-4 list of files we see the podofo package includes a bunch of useful binaries, in particular things like podofouncompress:

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=35281585

Now looking at the current 0.10.3-1 we just have the library:

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
No executables

Expected Results:
The executables

Tools are currently unmaintained upstream [1]. The upgrade to 0.10.x was necessary for other components relying on the podofo library, the loss of the tools is an unfortunate tradeoff. I've added the tools to the podofo0.9 compat package for now, but they will be based on the legacy podofo-0.9 libs.

Ah, thanks
Hmm that's unfortunate - they were really great tools.
