Comment 1 Zack Miele 2024-03-06 17:17:46 UTC
Created kernel tracking bugs for this issue:

Affects: fedora-all [bug 2268217]

Comment 2 Justin M. Forbes 2024-03-06 19:54:37 UTC
This was fixed for Fedora with the 6.7.4 stable kernel updates.

Comment 6 Hangbin Liu 2024-03-14 03:44:09 UTC
Hi Zack, Mauro,

RHEL8 and RHEL9 should not be affected as we don't have the fix commit bb7403655b3c ("ipmr: support IP_PKTINFO on cache report IGMP msg"). The skb dst is set correctly before frowarding.

Comment 9 Alex 2024-06-09 13:01:53 UTC
The result of automatic check (that is developed by Alexander Larkin) for this CVE-2024-26626 is: SKIP	The Fixes patch not applied yet, so unlikely that actual: bb7403655b3c3eb245d0ee330047cd3e20b3c4af	YES NO	NO	unknown (where first YES/NO value means if related sources built).
