The time you will need to upgrade from RHOSP 16.2 to 17.1 increases with the number of nodes in your environment. To reduce the amount of time it takes to complete the upgrade, you can split your nodes into multiple roles. Description of problem:
Upgrade takes longer time with large number of nodes, 
if any step is failed eventually entire process needs to be re-done and same time is re-taken.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. openstack overcloud upgrade run --yes --stack <stack> --debug --limit allovercloud,undercloud --playbook all


Actual results:
Everything is done in single batch

Expected results:
Divide the task the multiple small batches
