Description of problem:

Installing nagios-plugins-ssl_validity-2.4.8-1.el7.x86_64, generates the following error:

Error: Package: nagios-plugins-ssl_validity-2.4.8-1.el7.x86_64 (epel)
           Requires: perl(Crypt::X509)
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

The package, perl-Crypt-X509, is available in CentOS 8 / RHEL 8 but not in version 7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sudo yum install epel-release
2. sudo yum makecache
3. sudo yum install nagios-plugins-ssl_validity

Actual results:

Error: Package: nagios-plugins-ssl_validity-2.4.8-1.el7.x86_64 (epel)
           Requires: perl(Crypt::X509)

Expected results:

nagios-plugins-ssl_validity installs/updates

This package is pulled in by nagios-plugins-all, so any systems that have the nagios-plugins-all package installed now have an issue performing a yum update because of this.
