Description Andreas Schneider 2024-03-19 10:52:52 UTC
Please update fswatch to the latest version in rawhide, f40 and f39.

This will be used by neovim 0.10 soon. See
https://github.com/neovim/neovim/pull/27347

The last update was 4 years ago (1.14.0). The current version is 1.17.1.

I can also do the update if you add me to the project. My FAS name is asn.

Reproducible: Always

Comment 1 Darryl T. Agostinelli 2024-04-06 19:33:21 UTC
ACK. I'll take care of it.

Comment 2 Darryl T. Agostinelli 2024-04-07 03:11:38 UTC
f38, f39, f40 and rawhide have all been updated to v1.17.1 as of now.

Comment 3 Andreas Schneider 2024-04-08 12:19:18 UTC
Thanks for updating the package. I'm sorry, but I don't see any update for f39 or f40 for this package in bodhi!

I'm running f39 and the version 1.1.14 shipped with f39 doesn't work for me:

$ fswatch --event=Created --event=Updated --event=Removed --event-flags --recursive --exclude '/.git/' $(pwd)
^Z
[1]  + 414851 suspended  fswatch --event=Created --event=Updated --event=Removed --event-flags

$ bg
[1]  + 414851 continued  fswatch --event=Created --event=Updated --event=Removed --event-flags

$ echo "wurst" > whatawurst

Comment 4 Darryl T. Agostinelli 2024-04-18 03:49:23 UTC
Are you all set now?

Comment 5 Andreas Schneider 2024-04-18 06:52:45 UTC
Yes, thank you very much!

I will start to test with neovim next week.
