When there is an upgrade to the newer Fedora version available, and there are regular updates pending at the same time, the gnome-software shows exactly the same confirmation dialogue for both. This may be confusing for users trying to upgrade, but clicking to the regular updates confirmation instead. (One of these users reached me after multiple attempts to upgrade during single week.) Please note, this might be specific problem specific for Czech localization. (I don't have the Fedora instance with other localization running right now to confirm that.) Reproducible: Always Actual Results: There is the same Czech translation "Restartovat a aktualizovat" string used for both: 1) confirmation of Fedora upgrade, and 2) installation of regular updates. Expected Results: A different string is used for the upgrade option (e.g. "Restartovat a upgradovat") in case of Czech localization.

I just sent the fix for that to upstream: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/-/merge_requests/1920 At the end, I used "Restartovat a povýšit na novou verzi" as "povýšit na novou verzi" is common translation of "upgrade" there.
Thanks for a bug report. This is not Fedora specific, and as you figured the change goes to the upstream, I'm closing this in favor of the upstream proposal (translation changes go though the translation team though, not directly to the GNOME projects).
