BlockPool option is missing under Storage→ Data Foundation ---> Storage systems tab. And the 'Mode' is showing as 'Internal'

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy a ocp 4.16 provider cluster
2. Subscribe to odf 4.16.0-57 to the provider cluster
3. Check native storage-client is created
4. Check cephblockpoolradosnamespace is created and in 'Ready' status
5. Check storageclaims got created and in REady state
6. Storage-cluster is in Ready state


Actual results:
BlockPool option is missing under Storage→ Data Foundation ---> Storage systems tab. And the 'Mode' is showing as 'Internal'

Expected results:
BlockPool option should be available under Storage→ Data Foundation ---> Storage systems tab.
