Description of problem: plplot-qt-devel doesn't install on EPEL9 because it depends on qt-devel, which is unavailable in EPEL9 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): plplot-qt-devel-5.15.0-56.el9.x86_64 Steps to Reproduce: 1. sudo dnf -y install plplot-qt-devel Actual results: ... Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides qt-devel(x86-64) needed by plplot-qt-devel-5.15.0-56.el9.x86_64 from epel Additional info: This should be an easy fix, either changing the plplot-qt-devel subpackage to depend on qt5-devel or removing the subpackage from being built for EPEL9 would fix the issue.
