Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

From what we've seen this seems to have had the same root cause as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2274159 and the fix from that BZ along with the additional fixes mentioned in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2274159#c2 seem to have resolved this one as well. Because this one manifested itself in a quite specific way, we'll fast forward this for verification instead of just closing it directly or as a duplicate to make sure we haven't missed anything.

Verified with Sat stream snap 60.0.

Reproducer steps from OP.

Tried with Firefox and Chrome on Fedora.

Tried under normal conditions and with artificially slowed down network:

# slow down
sudo tc qdisc add dev tun0 root netem delay 500ms
# make normal again
sudo tc qdisc del dev tun0 root netem

Sometimes, when clicking too quickly and selecting LCE before everything managed to load, the CV list didn't populate. This can be fixed by deselecting LCE and selecting it again. This quick clicking issue has always been a case in Satellite forms.
