Description of problem: There is a regression in GStreamer 1.22.9 and higher affecting playback in Clementine, Strawberry, and other music player apps. The change has already been reverted later versions of GStreamer 1.22. Can you please upgrade Fedora 39 to the latest version of GStreamer 1.22?
