Description of problem: screenruler is broken: doesn't apply configuration, keeps a transparent layer on top making it barely visible, does not stay on top of other windows Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): screenruler-1.2-2.fc39.src.rpm How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start 2. only a slightly whitish/grey horizontal line appears 3.
