Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in and Install ODF CLient operator on cluster. 
2. Navigate to Operator page 
3.


Actual results:
* There is a tab on a tab-bar Storage Class Claim available along with new CR Storage Claim
* There is a provider API for Storage Class Claim available along with new CR Storage Claim

Expected results:
No Storage Class Claim tab, since resource is deprecated 
No provider API for Storage Class Claim, since resource is deprecated
