As discussed in https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/62BSXONMCUCYAJ5O72G4IXU77N4ZZW3T/ - the two dependent packages, python-django3 and python-opentelemetry, rebuilds fine without any modification
