Everything is kinda ready for this update. But some updates are still in testing. Once https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-9fd6a389b7 has made it to stable, I will proceed with updating Spyder to 6.0.0a5 together with python-lsp-server 1.11.0 in a side tag. This will also unblock updating Spyder in F39 to 5.5.4, which also needs python-lsp-server 1.11.0.
