Installing cobbler-3.3.4-1.fc40.noarch.rpm on a fresh Fedora 40 installation shows the following error:

 chown: cannot access '/var/lib/cobbler/web.ss': No such file or directory
 warning: %post(cobbler-3.3.4-1.fc40.noarch) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
