Latest LTS release is 8.4.3 (2024-10-15).

As latest LTS branch(8.4) is included in RHEL-10 beta (8.4.2): https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/mysql8.4
It should be straight forward has this LTS in Fedora.
