The catch2 package is, yes, because it's a legacy support package. If you want Catch2 v3.x then use the catch package instead.
ah -- no wonder. can the epel-packagers-sig group get access to the catch package as well? Thanks Going to try and upgrade catch to v3 in epel, and switch dependent packages that need catch v2 to the newly branched catch2
