As per the decision taken in program call held on April 30, 2024, the feature https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHSTOR-4624 (ODF used capacity trend) is moved out  of 4.16.0. This BZ is for making sure that the UI does not display the related graph and values in 4.16.0

Verified with 4.16.0-96.stable. ODF capacity trend feature code reverted back successfully.
