Comment 1 Fabio Valentini 2024-05-04 23:07:46 UTC
This package built on koji: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=117258959

Comment 2 Fabio Valentini 2024-05-04 23:11:40 UTC
The latest version is 0.3.0, but I'm packaging v0.2.0 on purpose for now.

I will work on the update to cargo v0.78.1 first (which needs v0.2.0), which should also be possible to be built for EPEL9. As a next step, the update to cargo v0.79.0 (which needs v0.3.0) can only be pushed to Fedora, but not EPEL9 - v0.79.0 raised the minimum required Rust version to 1.76.0 (and RHEL 9.4 only shipped with Rust 1.75 a few days ago).

Package Review
==============

Legend:
[x] = Pass, [!] = Fail, [-] = Not applicable, [?] = Not evaluated

The spec file is exactly as generated by rust2rpm, greatly simplifying the
review.

The current version is 0.3.0; version 0.2.0 is packaged, as justified in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2279110#c2.

Issues:
=======
- Package does not contain duplicates in %files.
  Note: warning: File listed twice: /usr/share/cargo/registry/cargo-util-
  schemas-0.2.0/LICENSE-APACHE
  See: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-
  guidelines/#_duplicate_files

  This is not a serious problem; if it needs to be fixed, it should be done in
  rust2rpm.
