My bad, forgot that mentioning the bug in the package changelog will auto-close it. Re-open, based on https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/#_architecture_build_failures this bug has to stay open to track ExcludeArch.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42.
