Description of problem:
Clicked "View Keyboard Layout" in the Control Center's Keyboard pane for "Japanese (Anthy)", which is not a keyboard layout but an input method. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1790554 and https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgnomekbd/issues/1 for reference - previously libgnomekbd crashed when you did this, now it seems this 'tecla' thing crashes instead.
