The directory /usr/share/mdadm is not in the RPM database.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh fedora 40 installation
2. rpm -qf /usr/share/mdadm
file /usr/share/mdadm is not owned by any package

I guess in "mdadm.spec" around line 211 the following line is missing:
%dir /usr/share/mdadm/
