Attempted to install updates today and got this error. Removed RPM and dependent packages (caja-image-converter and eom), updated and tried re-installing and get this error. I do not have EPEL-next installed/enabled.
EPEL is tracking RHEL 9.4 and ImageMagick has been rebuild in accordance with that. This error is caused by you still being on 9.3.
