Hello, please update to Fedora 40 cause there is a major update in rocm version
After updating to Fedora 40 Darktable now fails to compile the OpenCL kernels at startup (seen with option "-d opencl" enabled). Though this could be related to the GPU in use: the iGPU of a "AMD Ryzen 7 7840U w/ Radeon 780M Graphics" APU (in a laptop).

Hello, please open a new bugreport for such problem
The new ROCm problem on F40 could be related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2279335
