The following directories are missing tin RPM database:
/usr/share/xemacs
/usr/share/xemacs/site-packages
/usr/share/xemacs/site-packages/lisp


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/share/xemacs
and so on

Actual Results:  
file /usr/share/xemacs is not owned by any package
file /usr/share/xemacs/site-packages is not owned by any package
file /usr/share/xemacs/site-packages/lisp is not owned by any package

Expected Results:  
subversion-1.14.3-5.fc40.x86_64

Hi,
I do not think this is related to subversion. You should try emacs component.

Package subversion contains the file /usr/share/xemacs/site-packages/lisp/psvn.el, but neither owns that file's parent directories, nor depends on a package that does.

Since XEmacs is not packaged for Fedora, perhaps it makes no sense to include this file.  Alternatively, you could create an xemacs-filesystem package, similar to the existing emacs-filesystem package, and depend on that.
