Description of problem:
Xsane segfaults on launch with gdk-pixbuf2-2.42.11-1.fc40.x86_64 and gdk-pixbuf2-modules-2.42.11-1.fc40.x86_64,  when previously it had worked with version 2.42-10-8 of the aforementioned packages.  This seems to be related to: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2276464 .
