Description of problem: If user clicks on "Anaconda project page" link in About window, an unclosable firefox window gets opened and rendered over the installer window making it impossible to do any actions in the installer and getting stuck unless using Alt + F4 combo to close the opened github page. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): anaconda-41.15-1.fc41 anaconda-webui-9-1.fc41 gnome-kiosk-46.0-1.fc41 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the anaconda installer from live ISO directly (without trying the live session) 2. Click on the three dots button 3. Click on About 4. Click on Anaconda project page Actual results: An anaconda github repo page is opened and rendered over the actual installer window, without a button to close it. Expected results: There should either be window decoration or the about link should be opened and rendered in the about modal itself. Additional info:

WIP upstream fix: https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda-webui/pull/428
*** Bug 2262415 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42.
The fix for this was merged in Nov 2024 - https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda-webui/pull/428 . There are some notes at the end suggesting the post-fix state still isn't ideal, though. We'll need someone to re-test this and report on current status, then we can decide if we still want to consider it as a potential blocker...
Tested with Fedora-Workstation-Live-42-20250220.n.0.x86_64.iso and this is now fixed. There are a few non-intuitive dialogs to confirm, but there's no problem to return back to the anaconda window now.
Tested with Fedora-Workstation-Live-42-20250304.n.0.x86_64.iso seems fine to me.
