Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/share/paps
file /usr/share/paps is not owned by any package

Actual Results:  
file /usr/share/paps is not owned by any package

Expected Results:  
paps-0.8.0-8.fc40.x86_64

In spec file line 140 please add
%dir %{_datadir}/paps/
