Hello,
libev is missing dependency to building dionaea on epel8/epel9 (BZ #2236102)
Please branch and build.

libev cannot be shipped in EPEL because it is already provided by RHEL.  RHEL 8 has both libev and libev-devel.  RHEL 9 only has libev (more details in bug 2017116), but EPEL 9 has a special libev-devel package derived from the unshipped RHEL package.
