The following directories are missing in RPM database:
/usr/lib/mdevctl
/usr/lib/mdevctl/scripts.d


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/lib/mdevctl
file /usr/lib/mdevctl is not owned by any package
2. rpm -qf /usr/lib/mdevctl/scripts.d/
file /usr/lib/mdevctl/scripts.d is not owned by any package

Actual Results:  
not owned by any package

Expected Results:  
mdevctl-1.3.0-4.fc40.x86_64

In spec file line 68 please add:
%dir %{_prefix}/lib/mdevctl/
%dir %{_prefix}/lib/mdevctl/scripts.d/
